About Don Gayhardt
Financial services executive Don Gayhardt has a strong track record of serving his community, both within and beyond the financial services industry. As a board member and the communications committee chair of the Community Financial Services Association of America, Gayhardt draws on two decades of financial services expertise to further the association’s mission of advancing consumer financial empowerment, maintaining strong consumer protections, and promoting fair and responsible lending. Don Gayhardt also serves as a board member and chairman of the Audit Committee with Beneficial Bank, the oldest and largest bank headquartered in Philadelphia.
Outside of the world of finance, Don Gayhardt contributes to a number of community and charitable organizations in his hometown of Philadelphia. They include the Philadelphia Orchestra, which is renowned for its distinctive sound and artistic leadership, and the nationally recognized Bryn Mawr Hospital. Gayhardt, who has four children, is also committed to groups dedicated to serving and improving the lives of youth. In addition to donating to a number of schools, Gayhardt supports Speak Up, an organization that works to provide opportunities and resources for youth, parents, and educators to communicate in an open and safe way on critical issues such as substance abuse, sex and relationships, and body image.
Professionally, Don Gayhardt has served as CEO of CURO Financial Technologies Corp, a leading provider of short-term loans and other financial services to underserved customers, since 2012. Gayhardt is also the chairman of Music Training Center Holdings, which provides music education programs to thousands of students in Pennsylvania and New Jersey through a number of franchised locations.
